Architect
Alexander Sverdlov, co-founder of SVESMI, a Dutch architecture, urbanism, and education firm based in Rotterdam This project combines modern design with nature. The apartments are designed to fit nicely into the green surroundings of the neighborhood. Using simple shapes and natural materials, we created a calm and private atmosphere while making sure the homes are comfortable and connected to the environment.
Interiors
Karen Karapetian, founder of the design studio Alexander Tischler This project is part of a new vision for Athens city life. I focused on designing apartments that are comfortable and easy to use. The space is made for people — to meet their needs and to bring happiness through simple and thoughtful living.
