Let us tell you how it all started

We had a simple idea: invest in vacation rental apartment, secure consistent cashflow, and enjoy its market value appreciation. But reality proved more challenging than we anticipated.

After surveying the market, we chose Athens, Greece, and began looking through property ads

Shockingly, 9 out of 10 were either fake or mere bait from realtors. Contacting these agents revealed they were more interested in offloading leftover properties than meeting our needs. After sifting through 500+ ads and engaging with numerous realtors, we narrowed down to just six suitable, legally sound apartments.

When we decided to purchase one of these six apartments, a multitude of hidden costs hit us as the deal closed: taxes, fees, and commissions, among others. Our efforts to rent out the apartment unveiled yet more expenses: licensing, listing fees, and operational costs started adding up.

However, we did it eventually. We acquired our first apartment and embarked on our journey in the STR business. Now equipped with firsthand experience, we're determined to redefine the norm. Our mission is to simplify life for STR property investors, whether you're just stepping in or already in the game.
